| Our team of experienced staff members is here to help you and will coordinate all aspects of care while you are here, including scheduling physician visits and clarifying procedures. We pride ourselves in servicing a national and international clientele, paying extra attention to personal, cultural, and travel-related needs. To make on-site appointments, please contact our appointment scheduler. Be sure to have your insurance card and your referring physician's name and telephone number at hand when you call.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is an answering service for messages received after business hours. For medical emergencies, the answering service will page the on-call clinical staff. Please note that the paging system is for medical emergencies only.
For those with special dietary requirements (Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, etc.), the hospital will gladly accommodate your needs.
International Patients
Because many of our patients come from overseas, we offer special services. Each year, many patients from more than 40 countries come to the ICLL for special medical treatment. Our patients benefit from proven expertise, state-of-the-art research, and cutting edge treatments offered by the orthopedic specialists at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics.
