At Courtland Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we know how much our residents enjoy a good meal. Our menus are not only nutritious but also delicious. The Food and Nutrition department does this, while fulfilling each individual's special dietary requirements.
At Courtland Gardens, meals are served in our dining room, unless residents choose to stay in their rooms. We try to make the experience as close to restaurant dining as possible.
Clinical dietitians provide medical nutrition therapy to all residents at Courtland Gardens. Registered dietitians assist in medical plans of care by providing assessment, education and follow-up recommendations.
At the request of residents, Courtland Gardens also has a breakfast bar in the morning, where they can enjoy a hot meal and companionship to begin their day. On holidays, special meals are also served to remind them of how important they are. Families are invited to dine with their loved ones as well during those times.
